Society tells us what is right and what is wrong, or how you should look or act. But what society says may not be true. Regarding sexuality there is a lot of myths, double standards and stigma.

Many people believe woman masturbating is a sin, that it’s dirty or wrong, yet when men do it, it is viewed as normal, and if they don’t it’s viewed as weird and unusual. From a very young age boys touched their penis to urinate so it becomes a very natural process for them.

Whether you do it or not, when you were a baby you explored every part of your body from your face to your stomach to your bum and genitals. It’s just a natural thing and you are teaching yourself how you like to be touched, how your body is made, and how it works.

Regardless, whether if you masturbate, or you don’t, you should not be ashamed of your body. You should be proud and comfortable. No matter what, every body is beautiful and everyone has the right to feel comfortable in their own skin.
