On May 24, 2019 there will once again be a Manitoba Youth for Climate Action Strike at the Legislature from 12-1pm. Bring signs to let our provincial decision-makers and all of Winnipeg know what you think and feel about climate change.
Following this protest, Teen Talk is welcoming any youth (age 13-18) to join us in a free workshop from ~2:15 – 3:30pm
Earth, Sexuality and Community
This workshop will explore rights when it comes to our bodies, sexuality and the land. We will also explore things we can do to challenge oppression and take action around climate change, individually and within our communities.
It will be at the SERC office, just across from the Ledge, at 200-226 Osborne St N.
