January 31, 2018 is the annual Bell Let’s Talk Day. It’s about spreading the word about mental illness to end stigma, and talking about what mental health means to you. Spread awareness and listen without judgement when someone needs your support.
If you or someone you know is living with a mental illness, it’s important to talk with someone you trust about what is going on.
